Class
Steven Gentner completed his presentation on genetic programming and gave an overview of his RoboRealm software (roborealm.com). He demonstrated its extensive video picture analysis software. He will continue this presentation next month.

Show and Tell
James reported that he had gone to Tinman Robotics (tinmanrobotics.com), our first (and only) local robot hobbyist store in Los Alamitos. He said they have a good selection of parts, especially motors. He also showed his robot Vex kit.
Walter Martinez and two of his students from Long Beach State showed us the mechanical arm and gripper that they are working with.
